Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods (e.g. seasonal sales or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £50

3. International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

Asia (JP, KR, SG, HK, MY) 7–14 business days
Middle East & Israel 10–18 business days
Rest of world 10–21 business days

International orders are sent via a tracked service. Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about applicable charges, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@tegetege.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We are not liable for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

7. Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
