Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at sales@tegetege.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to selected countries worldwide, including the UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, and more. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — please see our Shipping Policy for estimated timeframes by region.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying UK orders over £50.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, please get in touch at sales@tegetege.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@tegetege.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us at sales@tegetege.co.uk with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Are your products authentic Japanese stationery?
Yes — we carefully source our products from Japan, bringing you genuine Japanese stationery brands and designs.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items. Sign up to our mailing list or check back regularly to be the first to know when items are back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We carefully wrap and present every item, whether you’re spoiling yourself or surprising someone special with a gift.
International Orders
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
